I'm the founder of Wright People

In 2000 I started my first business in the freight business, Espace Europe. We created a culture where people cared about what they did and provided great customer service. That was unusual in the transport industry at that time. We were pioneers, being one of the first transport businesses to become an Investors in People accredited company and achieve the prestigious Investors in Excellence award.

After 14 years, I sold out, so setting up a business to help others reach their true potential was a natural progression.

The business is founded on a fundamental belief. That is, success doesn’t necessarily happen when you have the best people, it happens when you have the right people. The right people are those who fit in with the culture and objectives of your business. It also means making some tough decisions. When people aren’t right it needs addressing quickly and effectively – but also fairly and compliantly.

I am degree educated with a strong HR generalist background with over 15 years experience in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, insurance services, oil and gas, service and charity sector. I provide practical advice that delivers real results for my client business. I enjoy working directly with clients to build relationships and fully understand the needs of the business to tailor appropriate solutions.
